Regarding holiday
Our year end holidays are from Dec.29-Jan.6.
We will handle processing of order we received on these days after the next business day in accordance with order we receive.
The customer who made a reservation has a priority.
We hope that you understand that it takes time to process the order.
Business day: 10:00 to 18:00 (Japan time)
Business hours may vary depending on the situation.
Holiday: irregular holidays
holiday as well as year end and beginning of the year.
